A Story in Yokohama【 Subtitled "Longing"】-1

Alone in a wicker chair facing the garden, Naomi was looking at the wax plum tree that Tatsuya had carefully planted before his death. She could see the hazy Bay Bridge beyond.

Until his birthday last fall, Tatsuya had seemed in good health, taking his daily walks, but then he had fallen ill and been diagnosed with leukemia at the hospital, and had died of a complication of sepsis before he could be treated.

After raising her two daughters, she and her husband returned to life as a couple for ten years and enjoyed life together.
Tatsuya Fukada studied in Milan after graduating from Japanese university, and after returning to Japan, he started a small travel agency targeting northern Italy.

There were many hardships in his early days, but the friends he made in Italy got him off to a good start by arranging a small but quality hotel.

Before long, he began to handle travel to other parts of Europe. Tatsuya's method of valuing the local human network and making meticulous arrangements was accepted by the wealthy people who were tired of mundane planning trips, and he became famous in the industry.
